Changes For Trax Youth Club on Saturday 11th September

The Trax Youth club does not meet at the normal time or place on Saturday 11th September due to the annual Lordship Rec Festival on the day.  We do invite kids and parents to join us instead on that same day for the annual Peace Road Ride against gun and knife crime organised by Derek Brown from the Shell Theatre at 11am as part of the festival. Kids must be accompanied by parents so make this a family day out. In the afternoon we will have a stall at the festival by the skate park from where we will be signing up new members and running taster coaching sessions. So please pass the word and feel free to join in.

Morning: 11am Shell Theatre / skate Park Peace Road Ride (kids must be accompanied by parents so make this a family day out)

Afternoon 1pm -5pm : beginner club taster sessions (All welcome - bring your friends)

Lordship Rec Festival: 3000 people last year.  Including: Tottenham Flower & Produce Show, Dog Agility Show, Cycling Activities & Dr Bike, Fun Run, Performances & DJ, Community Cafe, Skateboarding/BMXing, Football Tournament, Netball, Tennis, Aerobics, Martial Arts, Rugby, Arts and Crafts for Under-5s and for older children, Pedal-powered Stage, History Displays, Pond-Dipping & Bug Hunt, Adventure Play, Children's Procession (tbc), Picnics and Community Stalls

Welcome To The Trax Club

The Trax Logo

"The Trax" is an exciting brand new off road cycling club for the riders of North London. Affiliated to British Cycling and the CTC it is now open for membership (free) and encouraging folks to join up. We are based in Lordship Recreation Ground (the Rec), in Tottenham and ride everywhere we can.

  • Away day rides - 2nd Sunday of every month - 11am (Intermediate and Advanced)

On the second Sunday of each month we meet up at local trail centres like Swinley or Leith Hill. We ride at a recreational pace.

  • Local rides from Lordship Rec- 4th Sunday of every month -  10am (Beginners and Intermediate)

On the 4th Sunday of every month we do a local ride from Lordship Rec meeting at the club hut. Often we go out to local parks and woods like Queens Wood, Trent Park or Epping. We either get there by road or by taking the bikes on national rail to save our legs for the fun bit

  • Youth club - Lordship Rec - every Saturday 10am - 12.

The Youth Club is open for riders off all abilities aged between 8 - 16 years of age and meets every Saturday morning at the Rec at the club hut.

For more information on joining the Trax on a ride check out the Club section and to check out the club schedule please visit the calendar or for any enquiry be it rides or the youth club please contact Daniel Mintz at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
