ridesThe Trax aims to get us Lordship Rec riders and North Londoners organised into a community to get the best out of our riding here and in the surrounding areas. Please check out the calendar where specific ride details are kept up to date. The Trax is for the local community and so we want to meet with riders of all abilities (including new riders), all disciplines (Street, Mountain Bike and Dirt etc ) and all ages. Club rides are open to members, non members and under 18's.  If you are under 18 you will need to fill in a parental consent form whether riding as a guest or signing up for FREE membership. All the forms for membership, riding as a guest or for parental consent can be downloaded from here.

Helmets are mandatory on all rides.

The Trax Logo

"The Trax" is an exciting brand new off road cycling club for the riders of North London. Affiliated to British Cycling and the CTC it is now open for membership (free) and encouraging folks to join up. We are based in Lordship Recreation Ground (the Rec), in Tottenham and ride everywhere we can.

  • Away day rides - 2nd Sunday of every month - 11am (Intermediate and Advanced)

On the second Sunday of each month we meet up at local trail centres like Swinley or Leith Hill. We ride at a recreational pace.

  • Local rides from Lordship Rec- 4th Sunday of every month -  10am (Beginners and Intermediate)

On the 4th Sunday of every month we do a local ride from Lordship Rec meeting at the club hut. Often we go out to local parks and woods like Queens Wood, Trent Park or Epping. We either get there by road or by taking the bikes on national rail to save our legs for the fun bit

  • Youth club - Lordship Rec - every Saturday 10am - 12.

The Youth Club is open for riders off all abilities aged between 8 - 16 years of age and meets every Saturday morning at the Rec at the club hut.

For more information on joining the Trax on a ride check out the Club section and to check out the club schedule please visit the calendar or for any enquiry be it rides or the youth club please contact Daniel Mintz at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. It is often a bit hidden but there are some great spots to ride off road mtb and BMX /street rides in and around North London. Often the best lines are just outside your front door. So it can really help to be shown where they are and thats one of the reasons for The Trax i.e. to get North Londoners meeting up and riding locally. Here are some of our top few:
