The Trax Club Meeting 25th June 2011

Another great meeting:
Firstly please all give a big welcome to Marlene Julien as our new Welfare Officer and Club Secretary. She was nominated by myself and unanimously voted in at the club meeting.
Yaa Adjei is with is until august when she moves to Scotland and will help Marlene transition into the new role. Shaz as you know has moved on to Sweden. Again a massive thanks to them both
Actions:
Mario to get in contact with Chris directly to identify coaching opportunities
Mario to send on short description of youth club level profession to add to the website
CK to load up fundraiser role onto volunteer networks
Bola our TREASURER to contact friend interested in fund-raiser role and make introduction to Club and committee
Daniel to forward on to Marlena the courses to identify and get booked onto
Daniel To contact Rob Mortlock and arrange visit for crb checks co-ordinated with Nick, Bola, CK, Marlena and Chris
Daniel to forward on completed grassroots assessment to funders
Daniel to contact Dave Morris to make introduction to locals school then work with Marlene and Yaa On outreach programme
